1. Who we are

My Workmate ("we", "our") is a custom AI agent build service operated by Nuno Gonçalves. You can contact us through the form on the main page.

We are the data controller for your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679).

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form on our website:

• Name — so we can address you.
• Email — so we can reply to you.
• Phone (optional) — for alternative contact, if you prefer.
• Request description (opcional) — so we can prepare the demo.

We do not collect browsing data, use tracking cookies or use third-party analytics services.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed exclusively to:

• Reply to your demo or information request.
• Communicate with you during the agent build process if you become a client.

The legal basis for processing is consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR, which you provide when submitting the form and accepting this policy.

4. Where we store data

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union, in isolated and protected VPSs. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area. The exact data centre location depends on the contracted plan and will be communicated before the agent is activated.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your contact data during commercial communication and for up to 12 months after the last contact. If you become a client, data is kept during the contractual relationship and for the legally applicable tax period (10 years under Article 130 of the Portuguese IRS Code).

6. Who we share it with

We do not share, sell or rent your data to third parties. Data is accessed exclusively by the data controller (Nuno Gonçalves).

We use infrastructure services (VPS hosting, email) that may process data on our behalf, always under confidentiality agreements and within the EEA.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Access — know what data we hold about you.
• Rectification — correct incomplete or inaccurate data.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restriction — restrict processing in certain situations.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured format.
• Objection — object to processing for specific purposes.
• Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise your rights, contact us through the form on the main page. We reply within a maximum of 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).

8. Cookies

This website does not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for the web server to function may be used, and these do not collect personal data.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. The last update date is shown at the top of the page. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients.
