1. Client responsibility
The client is solely responsible for the content hosted on their VPS. CyberSoftware provides and maintains the technical infrastructure, but all content — files, databases, configurations and any stored data — is the client’s sole responsibility.
The client is responsible for the actions of their online AI agent. The AI agent is a tool provided by CyberSoftware. The client defines what the agent does, how it interacts with third parties and which tasks it performs. Any action performed by the agent is the responsibility of the client operating it.
CyberSoftware provides the technology; the client defines what the agent does. We are not responsible for direct or indirect damage resulting from use of the agent.
Any misuse is the client’s sole responsibility. This includes, but is not limited to: sending spam, unauthorised access to systems, intellectual property infringement or any illegal activity.
2. Service
My Workmate is a custom AI agent service. The client pays a one-off build fee and a monthly maintenance fee. Prices are those agreed in the commercial proposal.
CyberSoftware reserves the right to suspend the service in case of misuse or non-payment.
